How long can you store my parcel?
30 days free of charge — usually enough to collect several orders and send them as one shipment.
Can you combine several parcels into one?
Yes. Consolidation is free — you pay for one international delivery instead of three or four.
What if the seller only ships within Poland?
That's exactly what this service is for. To the seller, your parcel goes to a normal Polish address. Everything after that is our job.
Can I see what arrived before it ships?
Yes. Order a photo report and we'll send you pictures of your parcel and its contents before it leaves the warehouse.
How do I know the parcel is mine?
Every customer gets a personal ID code. You add it next to your name at checkout, and it appears on the parcel label — that's how we match it to your account.
What can't you ship?
Batteries, aerosols, flammable liquids, weapons and a few other categories are restricted by carriers. The full list is on our prohibited items page.
